Martin Kittelmann

My goal: you, happy, in your Tiny Home.

Fascinated since childhood by technology and craftsmanship, I taught myself from an early age. My thirst for knowledge led me through a range of qualifications – from IT systems management assistant to master carpenter and on to a degree in wood engineering. 

During my training I had my first opportunity to convert motorhomes – and I was, and still am, blown away by the sheer range of possibilities to apply my knowledge and skills across the board.

On motorhome journeys and during a longer stay in Iceland I learned a great deal about the cycles of life – where everything comes from, where it goes, which cycles close and which don't, and what role we humans play in them.

That experience led me to go deeper into off-grid, sustainable living. I reduced my own needs to the essentials and became a digital nomad.

Ever since, I've shared my knowledge, my skills and my passion with the people around me. I build for them and advise them so they can make their dreams real – from a simple camper conversion to Tiny Homes for families and whole Tiny House villages.

And I have never worked in just one place: projects and ongoing collaborations with businesses in Scandinavia, South America and the German-speaking countries have been part of my everyday life for years. Over time a second string to my bow has grown out of that – I now also advise on founding and building companies, whatever the industry.
