Warum Holz?<\/h3>\n

Materialien f\u00fcr Fassaden gibt es einige, dennoch sieht man bei Tiny Houses im Wesentlichen Holz­fassaden. Woran liegt das? Stein- und Klinker­fassaden sind schlicht­weg viel zu schwer f\u00fcr ein mobiles Haus und Kunst­stoff­fassaden \u00fcberzeugen aus Aspekten der Nach­haltig­keit nicht. Holz hingegen ist ein nat\u00fcrlicher, nach­wachsender Roh­stoff, der schon seit Jahr­hunderten im Bau eingesetzt wird. Werden heimische H\u00f6lzer benutzt, ist eine Holz­fassade daher sehr nachhaltig. Bei richtiger Pflege sind Holz­fassaden au\u00dferdem sehr langlebig. Und nat\u00fcrlich sehen sie einfach sehr sch\u00f6n aus. Manche Metall­arten k\u00f6nnen allerdings vom Gewicht her und auch hinsichtlich ihrer anderen Eigen­schaften ebenfalls gut eingesetzt werden. Hier kommen z.B. Falz- und Trapez­bleche in Frage. Die Fassade ist ein Teil des Tiny Houses, der dem Wetter relativ ungesch\u00fctzt ausgesetzt ist. Daher sollte man bei der Wahl der Fassade besonders auf die Witterungs­best\u00e4ndigkeit achten. Spricht man von Witterungs­best\u00e4ndigkeit, geht es im Wesentlichen um die Wasser­aufnahme­f\u00e4higkeit. Ist das Holz mit Wasser vollgesaugt, entstehen gute Bedingungen f\u00fcr Pilzbefall, fr\u00fcher oder sp\u00e4ter f\u00e4ngt die Fassade an zu schimmeln oder zu faulen.<\/p>\n

Besonders wenn man die Fassade unbehandelt lassen m\u00f6chte, sollte man sich daher f\u00fcr widerstands­f\u00e4hige H\u00f6lzer entscheiden. Doch auch durch eine Oberfl\u00e4chen­behandlung kann das Holz vor ein­dringen­dem Wasser gesch\u00fctzt werden. So k\u00f6nnen auch weniger widerstands­f\u00e4hige H\u00f6lzer f\u00fcr die Fassade nutzbar gemacht werden.<\/p>\n

H\u00f6lzer <\/span>f\u00fcr den Fassadenbau<\/h3>\n

Eine unbehandelte Kiefern- oder Fichten­holz­fassade h\u00e4lt nur wenige Jahre. Au\u00dferdem kann bei Erw\u00e4rmung Harz austreten, was dann unsch\u00f6n an der Fassade herabl\u00e4uft. <\/p>\n

Mit der richtigen Behandlung, wie z.B. einem deckenden Anstrich, kann jedoch auch Nadel­holz eingesetzt werden. Einige Nadel­h\u00f6lzer wie z.B. L\u00e4rche eignen sich trotzdem sehr gut, da sie durch Verwitterung einen nat\u00fcr­lichen Schutz entwickeln, der das Holz resistent gegen biologische Alterungs­prozesse macht. Dabei vergraut das Holz jedoch und je nach Witterung und Ausrichtung k\u00f6nnen verschiedene Farbt\u00f6ne zwischen Silbergrau \u00fcber Braunt\u00f6ne bis hin zu Schwarz entstehen. Horizontale Schalung<\/h4>\n

Bei der horizontalen Schalung umgeht man das Problem der offenliegenden Stirnseiten, denn das Hirnholz ist durch die Art der Schalung gesch\u00fctzt. Daf\u00fcr kann das Wasser nicht so gut ablaufen und jedes einzelne Brett hat eine Wasserkante, wodurch die Feuchtebelastung generell h\u00f6her wird. Am besten wird die Fassade von oben nach unten angeschr\u00e4gt (wie bei der Keilst\u00fclpschalung), so kann das Wasser ablaufen.
