\u2026 machen das Tiny House zum Wohnraum<\/h3>\n

Ein Haus ist noch lange kein Zuhause. Damit dein Tiny House wohnlich und gem\u00fctlich ist, braucht es M\u00f6bel. Sitzm\u00f6glichkeiten, Tisch und Bett, aber auch Stauraum und entsprechende Einrichtung f\u00fcr K\u00fcche und Bad \u2013 was man braucht, h\u00e4ngt vor allem von den individuellen Bed\u00fcrfnissen ab.<\/p>\n

Was sich fertig kaufen l\u00e4sst und was besser ma\u00dfgefertigt wird, ist von Haus zu Haus verschieden. In der Beratung<\/a> kl\u00e4ren wir das f\u00fcr deinen Grundriss; den Einbau \u00fcbernehme ich auf Wunsch auch selbst<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Grunds\u00e4tzlich k\u00f6nnen im Tiny House dieselben M\u00f6bel stehen wie in anderen Wohnungen auch. Dennoch: es gibt einige kluge L\u00f6sungen speziell f\u00fcr kleine Wohnr\u00e4ume. Denn auf kleinem Raum ist es von Vorteil, m\u00f6glichst multifunktional zu denken: da ist ein Regal gleichzeitig eine Treppe und das Sitzpodest wird abends zum Bett.<\/p>\n

In Wohnraum, K\u00fcche und Bad gilt gleicherma\u00dfen: bei einem so begrenzten Platzangebot wie im Tiny House sollte man sich bereits bei der Planung \u00fcberlegen, was man tats\u00e4chlich braucht und wo man die Dinge haben m\u00f6chte.<\/p>\n

Du kannst dein Tiny House in verschiedenen Ausbaustufen erhalten, je nachdem, wie viel du noch selbst gestalten willst. Dein Tiny Houses kann voll-, teil- oder unm\u00f6bliert<\/a> an dich u\u0308bergeben werden. Wie in einer Wohnung spontan ein Regal oder einen Schrank dazuzustellen ober Dinge im Keller und Dachboden zu lagern, ist in einem Tiny House nicht ohne Weiteres m\u00f6glich. Daher ist es von Vorteil, die M\u00f6bel von vornherein in die Planung mit einzubeziehen. So kann man sicher sein, dass alles was im Haus untergebracht werden soll auch seinen Platz findet.<\/p>\n

Das bedeutet, dass das komplette Haus steht, das Dach ist gedeckt, die Fassade ist angebracht und alle Leitungen (Wasser und Elektrik) sind verlegt. W\u00e4nde und Decke sind von innen verkleidet und meistens ist ein Boden verlegt. Im Bad, wenn gewu\u0308nscht, sind Waschbecken, Dusche und Toilette eingebaut. Optional kann eine Ku\u0308che eingebaut werden.<\/p>\n

Dieser Ausbauzustand beinhaltet dasselbe wie beim schlu\u0308sselfertigen Haus. Daru\u0308ber hinaus sind Ku\u0308che und gro\u00dfe Elemente wie Podeste, Stauraumtreppen und Sitzecken eingebaut. Teilm\u00f6bliert ist nicht wirklich fest definiert. Wie viele und welche M\u00f6bel vorhanden sind, variiert nach Absprache.<\/p>\n

Vollm\u00f6bliert<\/h4>\n

Eine Vollm\u00f6blierung bedeutet, dass neben den festen Einbauten auch alle weiteren M\u00f6bel von uns gebaut werden. Das Haus wird eingerichtet und quasi bereit zum Einzug u\u0308bergeben. Das beinhaltet jedoch keine Polsterm\u00f6bel und Matratzen, diese sollten zwar mit eingeplant werden, werden jedoch nicht von uns gefertigt.<\/p>\n

Tischlerqualit\u00e4t<\/h4>\n

Ob St\u00fchle, B\u00e4nke, Tische, Schr\u00e4nke, Regale, Komoden oder Betten \u2013 M\u00f6bel, die ich verbaue, werden aus hochwertigen Materialien in der Tischlerei gefertigt und sind speziell auf die Bed\u00fcrftnisse in einem Tiny House angepasst. Ich habe inzwischen viel Erfahrung mit speziellem Mobiliar f\u00fcr kleine R\u00e4ume. Dazu geh\u00f6ren vor allem gut durchdachte und praktische Multi-funktionsl\u00f6sungen wie Klapptische, Stauraumm\u00f6bel und Ideen f\u00fcr kleine K\u00fcchen und Badezimmer.<\/p>\n

Bei der Planung ist es hilfreich, sich selbst zu beobachten \u2013 brauche ich einen K\u00fcchentisch oder esse ich eh meistens auf dem Sofa? M\u00f6chte ich einen extra Arbeitsplatz oder erledige ich das am Esstisch und habe daf\u00fcr mehr freie Fl\u00e4che oder Platz f\u00fcr andere M\u00f6bel? <\/p>\n

Wo verstaue ich was? <\/h4>\n

Bei der Planung von Stauraum sollte auch dar\u00fcber nachgedacht werden, wo was untergebracht werden kann. Welche Dinge brauche ich im Alltag griffbereit und was wird nur selten gebraucht? Solche Sachen k\u00f6nnen problemlos in einer Bank oder einem Podest verstaut werden. <\/p>\n

Dinge, die in K\u00fcche, Wohnraum, Arbeitsbereich und Schlafzimmer h\u00e4ufig verwendet werden, sollten auch dort verstaut und leicht griffbereit sein.
